POSITION SUMMARY: This position will primarily provide manufacturing engineering support for plant operation. The major responsibility is leading to maintain and update manufacturing process.. The main responsible area is sheent metal, welding, painting and maitenance supporting. This position needs to ensure all the responsible processes meet the TK and industrial standard,providing engineering expertise for designing and management team. Good communiction and Collaboration with worldwide relevant people is required. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Leading the new facility projects from start to completion to meet the requirement of plant development. 2. Ensure the sheet metal,welding,painting process meet TK and industrial standards. 3. Leads to interate new product in relevant area including sheet metal procee and tools, welding process and jigs etc 4. Continuously Follow the industrial trends and using new technology to improve the quality and productivity of responsible area 5. Providing engineering expertise for management team and supporting local sourcing projects in China. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Requirements for this position include a BS degree in mechanical engineering, proven project management skill,computer skills, excellent communication skills, and demonstrated success working in a team environment. Proficient in both written and oral English. 2+ years related work experience. |
